8/17/16 Dear Mrs. Lynn, My name is Alex Serrano and I’m very excited to dive right into this rhetoric/composition English class this semester. I graduated from Chapin High School in El Paso and, after long researching, I finally found my home at New Mexico State University! I’m attending NMSU to pursue my major in Biology. My overall goal for my future is to become a veterinarian, however, I’m still debating as there are other professions that interest me such as a pediatrician, an actor, or even a college professor. I graduated high school in the top 10% of my senior class, so academics is a major focus of mine as I always strive to get A’s. However, when I’m not spending time with my nose in the books, I can be found playing the piano, walking the dogs, or listening to music.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
