Lab #4 The Town Council Objective: To design a digital logic circuit, given an application To draw the schematic for the digital logic circuit To build, test, and verify the circuit. Procedure: For the scenario below, do the following: 1. Develop a Truth Table 2. Generate a sum of products expression 3. Simplify the expression 4. Draw the schematic 5. Design and build the circuit 6. Write the lab Scenario Imagine a small town consisting of a three council members. Each member of this council votes on various issues by toggling a small switch at their seat to the yes or no position. Assume the yes position produces logic 1, and the no position produces logic 0. A circuit must be designed that produces a logical 1 output any time
