Nurse Leader There are several different types of leadership styles; servant, transformational, democratic, authoritarian, and laissez-faire . Mrs. Marshall is a participative type of manager or leader that exhibits a combination of skills from several of these leadership styles. She is happy being on the floor with the staff as the demonstrated with the servant leadership. She also is very focused on building relationships with the staff and motivates staff sharing her visions and planned goals with the staff as with the transformational leadership.
