Module 05- Waiting Line Description 2 When customers shop, the last thing they want to do is wait forever in a line. What benefits are there to a waiting line? The longer the wait, the more frustrated the customers will become. The waiting lines are designed to provide customers a smooth check out with their items. The waiting lines are designed to create an efficient flow which will maximize customer output and lower customer wait times which will keep customers happy. The customers can check out at the Banfield clinic, the grooming department and the front check-out lanes.
