We will analyze more about how they be tracked and supported in the company. The integration of Six Sigma has supported 3M a lot of benefits through reducing its cost and waste. Through Six Sigma program, 3M can strengthen its organization, increase cashflow, increase sales, increase customer’s satisfaction and consolidate management system. The use of the Six Sigma has provided benefits in reducing the sales cycle, eliminating time, costs and reducing variability its supply chain.
