BUSINESS MARKET PLAN 5 Executive Summary Kinging Enterprise is a popcorn producer and also distributor having both national and international reach. Alongside the national sales, Kinging Enterprise currently carries out business with other twelve countries within South America, Europe, and Africa, delivering pre- paged microwave popcorn and bulk kernels and is currently ready to further expand towards the Far East to attain the popcorn skyrocketing demand in India. Whereas the economic incidence in India isn’t encouraging, the high demand for popcorns has led to a high trading opportunity. The popcorn industry in India is growing exponentially, with sales growth annually of 10%. With the increased expense of multiplexes and movie theaters, popcorn demand is considered an all-time high. The increased popcorn demand is not only visible in consumptions within movie theater but also in home usage through pre- packaged microwave popcorn. Recently, there are almost twenty-seven exporters who are selling popcorns directly to the local Indian enterprises. Even with such large amount of imported popcorn kernels, the demand has been steadily climbing over the previous seven years. Kinging Enterprise has established a highly extensive network of client contacts within the four main cities in India: Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and New Delhi. These contacts are grocery, multiplex, retail developers and even owners, usually with extensive & diverse portfolios. These contacts assist in ensuring that Kinging Enterprise maintains business relations within all recent and future projects.
BUSINESS MARKET PLAN 6 Introduction Commodity Popcorn is the preferred product of Kinging Enterprise. They will be exporting mainly pre-paged microwave popcorn and bulk kernels due to the increasingly international market demands for popcorn.
