Dallas Bison Burgers: A New Beginning Continuing our franchise expansion, we are opening a new restaurant in Dallas. F INANCIAL S TUDY Following an extensive study of existing Bison Burger franchises, we predict the new Dallas restaurant will be another successful operation. Great thought has been given to the location of the restaurant, and we have secured a building that is near to both business and tourist centers. R ENOVATION We will begin renovation of the existing structure by the end of April and anticipate a grand opening by the end of November. Our contractors have assured us that this is reasonable reconstruction timeframe, and we should begin our hiring and training in preparation for the November grand opening.
