One in every one hundred and fifty children is affected by autism, with one point five million who are already affected by autism in the United States. DUNVIDN. With autism affecting so many individuals learning the cause and how the body is affected by autism has been very tough to determine. Researchers are still doing major research to determine the cause of autism. Researchers have found out some causes to autism though, and how autism affects the central nervous system and all the different types of cells, tissues, and organs that are being affected. There is a big controversy regarding what causes autism. Some believe that autism affects children when they get their vaccinations. There was research done regarding this and vaccines have nothing to do with autism. There is actually not one thing that causes autism. Due to their being so many different types of autism, there are many different causes of autism. Two main roles that could be a factor of autism are genetic and environmental.
