DIGI.COM BERHAD Digi.Com Berhad founded in 1995 and it is listed on Bursa Malaysia in 1997 and is part of the Telenor Group, a global telecommunications provider. Digi provides mobile voice, Internet and digital services to 11 million customers in Malaysia. INTENSIVE STRATEGIES Product Development - Digi Travel Protection Plan (Partnering) In 2011, DiGi in partnership with Chartis Malaysia Insurance Berhad (today known as AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad) launched DiGi Travel Protection Plan - a basic travel insurance that offers coverage for medical expenses due to illness, emergency medical evacuation and repatriation due to accident and baggage delay for its customers. Market Development - Expands Retail Distribution Channel through Bison Stores In September 2016, Digi partnered with Bison Stores Sdn Bhd, which operates retail press and convenience stores under various trade names including myNEWS.com, NewsPlus, MAGBIT and The Front Page to expand the distribution channels for its Prepaid LiVE packs.
