Postmodernist o The postmodernist critique of science consists of two interrelated arguments Epistemological (about theory and ways of knowing) and Ideological (related to ideas) Traditional vs. Postmodern TRADITIONAL There is reason Rational thought Order and disorder Us and them You can know yourself You can understand much of the world around you You can prove things There is knowable truth, science, beauty
