The potential alternative solutions to solve the problem are retail employers charge high turnover cost while hiring new employees. Therefore, Wegmans HR department must be careful while hiring new employees to help reduce the turnover cost. Moreover, coordinating possibility to employments has to quite sometimes been seen as a key method for guaranteeing high performance and low turnover in the working environment, and advances in computer technology are making it simpler and more productive to survey hopeful occupation fit. Organizations utilizing such technology are chopping down the time it takes to contract individuals, and it is assessed that utilizing such systems brings down their turnover by 10%–30% (Jones, n.d.). Having a proactive approach and annually managing the employee opinion can enhance employee retention (Mayhew, n.d.).
