Executive SummaryWe are The B-Team. As a group it was our responsibility to aid a man named Baracus Smith inchoosing which university would be the best to attend. After he finishes his Associates Degreewith Salt Lake Community College he will be prepared to complete his degree in order tobecome a Physician’s Assistant. As a group we followed the guidelines given to us by our professor, Shirene Mckay. Weapproached the solution from multiple angles and considered many pros and cons for eachsolution. By taking Baracus’ needs and desires into account, we were able to come to aconclusion we were confident would best serve Baracus. After coming up with a list of his needs and wants, we made a list of criteria that his school ofchoice would need to have in order to accommodate his situation. We narrowed our decision tothree in-state universities: Brigham Young University, Weber State University, and the Universityof Utah. After researching these schools and making a list of the positives and negatives for eachschool, we determined that the University of Utah would be the best choice for him.The following report outlines and describes in detail the process we took to arrive at thisconclusion.
