Corporate Citizenship
The ability to have a positive review from a firms own community is essential to the
success of the firm. An emphasis on corporate citizenship within a firm is important to cultivate a
community within the organization of doing business in a legal, ethical, and positive manner.
This area of an organization is focused on the ability to be a good cooperate citizen. In order to
do so firms must understand what is take to do so, and the expectations their stakeholders have
for them cooperate social responsibility. It is going to take a transformation of new attitudes, new
routines, new politics, new program, and new relationships (Lawrence & Weber, 2017, p. 59). As
the firm builds communication with their stakeholders they can work into the new transformation
to better perform as corporate citizens in their communication.
