Exam 1 Fall 2005 Form 0 Directions: 1. Do not open this test until told to do so. 2. Check to be sure you are in the appropriate room. 3. Only an ID, pencils, erasers, and a calculator are allowed at your seat. Cell phones, beepers, other communication devices, or any unauthorized materials will result in a grade of 0 on this exam and a possible grade of F for the course. 4. Be sure to use a #2 pencil. 5. Remove the Scantron form and complete the following: a. Print and bubble in your Stony Brook identification number. 5 POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS!!! b. Print your first and last name. c. Sign the form in the space provided. 6. You will have 90 minutes to complete the exam from the time it is started. All exams will be collected promptly after 90 minutes. You will not be given additional time to transfer your answers after the 90 minutes have passed. 7. During the exam, proctors will require you to show your student ID and sign in. Have your ID available. If you do not have an ID, you must see Dr. Wolfskill the day after the exam with a valid ID. 8. Be sure to enter answers to the Short Answer and Bonus questions in the spaces provided on the Scantron. 9. When you are done, submit your Scantron form for grading. You may take your exam with you after 45 minutes have passed. Possibly Useful Information
