The company provides flights at low prices in all its airports in the U.S and it is one of the largest airlines operating in the country. It has been rated as one of the airlines with the best record in terms of customer satisfaction (Hill, 2007). This is because the company has embraced good customer and employees relationships. South West Airlines has a stock label called Southwest’s home of Dallas Love field (Drexler, 2007), which is also the theme for its customers and its employees .The company has been experiencing stagnation on its profits and hence its growth. Due to these poor performances, I have been appointed as the president of the company in order to improve its profitability and stimulate the company growth as well improve customer relations and also exploit new opportunities in the market. This will be achieved through improvement of the airlines operation by use of advanced technology, reviewing the airlines existing setup and also implementation of an approach which will result to improvement of the airline .This three strategies will lead to profit increment and achievement of long term success of the airline . The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
