Per Guth and the Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK the nine inputs to the ProcurementPlan are: -1.Project Management Plan– consists of the Project Scope, and Work Breakdown Structure(WBS).The project management plan is used to defines why the project is needed, the requirements,justification and scope.2.Requirements Documentation –the requirements documentation contains requirements alongwith contractual and legal requirements.3.Risk Register –The risk register contains the list of all risks identified by the project. It containsthe risks, their impact and probability of occurrence.4.Activity Resource Requirement –documents the resources required including human, materialand capital resource requirements.5.Project Schedule –consists of all the milestones and the projected milestone date. This is usedto determine how far the project has progressed compared to the project baseline.
