Apple’s mission statement is “To make a contribution to the world by making tools for the mind that advance humankind.” i Apple’s values are the qualities, customs, standards, and principles that the company believes will help it and its employees succeed. They are the basis for what they do and how they do it. Together, they make Apple a very unique company. Their values consist of: Empathy for Customers/Users Aggressiveness/Achievement Positive Social Contribution Innovation/Vision Individual Performance Team Spirit Quality/Excellence Individual Reward Good Management ii The major goals that Apple Inc. seek cannot be found, because of the pure competition that lies within the modern technology industry, but we all know that Apple continues to produce incredible products, and I would assume that their goal(s) is to increase productivity, generate more revenue, and maintain a certain percentage
