PAYMENT CASE STUDY2AbstractThe major consulting firm has employed the uses of statistical analysis to assess the effectiveness of new electronic billing system in hopes that it will reduce the amount of time it takes customers to make payments. The following paper analyzes the presented data based on a data set provided by the University of Phoenix. It tests the hypothesis 19.5 days in how effective the new system is at 95 and 99 percent confidence intervals. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the data using a sample of 65 cases to determine if they are less than to equal to 18.11 days.
