There many shops you can walk in and get it replace for about $150. The design of the iPhone is really easy to take it apart and put it back together. You can save yourself some money and do it yourself within 30 minutes. Tools/supplies You will need to find a small table to work on and preferably under a light because you will be working with very small screws. Gather all of these tools before you start: 1. New iPhone 6 LCD screen 2. Pentalobe screwdriver 3. PH00 phillips screwdriver 4. Small suction cup 5. Spudger 6. Tweezers 7. Plastic opening tool Steps for Replacing LCD screen 1. Power off your iPhone 2. Remove the two pentalobe screws next to the lighting connector with the pentalobe screwdriver and place them on the table 3. Securely press the suction cup just above the home button on the screen 4. While holding the iPhone down with one hand, pull up on the suction cup to separate screen from the rear case 5.
