Surname 1 Name Tutor Course Facial expression classification Facial expression provides rich information concerning one's behavior. Face indicates how human react and feels, it gives no verbal interaction. We use facial expressions to show our emotions and thoughts. It is easy to detect or realize people’s attitude using facial expression. We can express so many emotions without talking. In this classification essay, I will focus on the facial expressions of happiness, confusion, surprise, seduction, sadness, anger, fear, and exhaustion (Kanade et al 120). Confusion and Seduction In this category through facial expression, one can see a confused person. Scrunching up nose and forehead and typically having lips pursed together shows confusion. This confusion result from lack of understanding and facial expression results from one increasing effort in understanding. Our faces will show this expression if confronted with new experiences, problems, sights challenges and ideas. On the other had it is easy to notice that a person is enticing someone to engage in some action. Although facial expression is showing seduction change, lips are slightly apart, head tilted and eyes fixed on the person seduced (Kanade et al 122).
