1. Introduction BBQfun has a website with lacks e-commerce functionality. The website need to be redeveloped to incorporate this functionality in line with relevant technical specifications. Existing infrastructure, such as office and store configurations, would need to be adapted to the new strategy. Additionally, assets, such as delivery vehicles (Trucks, Forklift) would need to be acquired. New staff would need to be recruited and existing staff retrained or informed of the e- commerce strategy and associated operational and performance targets. Outline of Policy and Procedure of BBQ Fun Resource Policies and Procedures For financing purpose, the organization use a combination of debt and equate to enjoy tax advantage. BBQ Fun needs to source funds to who offers the lowest cost. Human Resource Policies and Procedures All vacancies at BBQ Fun can be filled from internal and external sources. Advertisement at company website and newspaper must be given to fill vacancies from external sources. Operation Policies and Procedure Product, supplier quality, distribution, enterprise resource distribution will be governed by BBQ Fun’s operating policies and procedures. Outline the Role of Operation plan BBQ Fun, the operational plan shall govern the goals of the work teams, how the goals are going to be achieved and what resources are required to achieve those goals. In fact, operational plan will align the employees of BBQ Fun with the strategic objectives of the organization. Methods and Models of BBQ Fun’s Operational Plan For Identifying Risks: All employees will be trained on workplace healthy and safety (WHS) issues as soon as they are recruited.
