Assignment Objectives This assignment will enhance students’ abilities to: Constructively critique a peer’s work Develop their own ideas for writing after thinking carefully about someone else’s See the writing process as recursive and discursive Refine critical composition skills Assignment Components You will answer the questions listed below and upload your answers to the corresponding Blackboard link before end of day on 20 Oct . You should write your answers directly on this assignment sheet, save your document as “[your reviewer number].peer review,” and upload it to the Blackboard link. Assignment Details This review focuses on helping authors refine their arguments; organize their ideas, evidence, support; create appropriate content with full descriptions and explanations; and follow the assignment instructions. You will not make any marks on the author’s essay, nor should you focus on correcting grammar (you may, however, offer some general advice on grammar and/or mechanical issues in Question 13). Instead, your role is offer constructive feedback that will help the author improve the substance of his/her/their essay. To do so, you will need to answer the following questions as completely as possible (at least three sentences per answer).
