The exam The exam is a 3 hour open book exam with a 30 minute reading/noting period . There are 4 compulsory questions each worth 15 marks. There are parts. Allocate time wisely Use the reading/noting period —make a brief plan for each question. Exam qns will not overlap. they are on 4 different topics – ACL, Torts, Partnership and Corporations Act Write as clearly as possible - your examiner has to read it! Student can take any text they want. AS_Business Law_S2_2016

Adopt the method for answering that you have been using in tutorials: Start each answer on a new page Read the question carefully . Be clear about what you are being asked to do (especially study the final instruction…. ‘eg advise about rights under ACL’)
