Unformatted text preview: We have also arranged special transportation to several beautiful sites, and will be renting vans so we can go off on our own to explore this magnificent country. Some of the adventures we have planned are: A train trip to Seward, followed by a four-hour boat ride to see the wildlife in the area. A trip to Portage Glacier. A flight to Denali from Talkeetna. A climb up Mt. Alyeska. Panning for gold. A day in Fairbanks. You will almost certainly see whales, otters, sea lions, mountain goats and sheep, puffins, plenty of bald eagles, in addition to bears, moose, and an occasional marmot. This will be the experience of a lifetime! The prices are not set yet, but we have assurances that as Alumni Travel Club members, you will save at least $1,000 off the best price you can get anywhere else.
