Binding macro to some key : In order to save the macro for future uses, we need to bind the macro to a key. 1. Take one empty window 2. Alt+x , type insert – macro [press enter] 3. Alt+x , type insert – binding [press enter] 4. Press one key to which you want the macro to save to. 5. Then rename the macro name 6. Save file as .txt file 7. Alt+x , load – buffer. – is used to load the macros in future without writing every time. Macro for indent class: 1. Starting the macro ctrl+x,shift+9 2. Search for <p [cmd: ctrl+s ] 3. Put one right arrow 4. Put one left arrow 5. Give one single space 6. Type class=”indent” 7. Close the macro ctrl+x,shift+0 . 8. Bind the macro to some key. Macro for index: <a href=”app.xhtml#page_217”>217</a> Steps: 1. Replace space and number with <a href=” .xhtml#page_#1”>space#1</a> By using regular expression R-E alt+* .
