The Power of TextsTexts are more than just words you read from a book or something that comes out of someone’s mouth. They all add up to create this whole other meaning and story behind what it’strying to tell. Though everybody has their own definition of what text is, but I believe that a text could be something you read, have some sort of point of view or contain information. This may not be the perfect definition of what it actually means, but this what I’ll be referring to as a text. Some examples would be a reading an article, watching a film, listening to music or anything that sends the audience a message. When people hear the word text, the first thing that pops into their heads are text messages. Texts always had an effect in my life, I’ve always grew up not liking to read or write aboutanything. However, when I got to middle school I found that reading people’s blogs is somethingthat I actually liked reading. It has shaped me to the person I am today through reading it for all these years. I thought that it was inspiring to read people’s stories and see how they overcome their obstacles. I tend to read things that are relatable to me, or that I feel that I will face in the future or had faced in the past. I’ve never had an older sibling to give me advice or give me a
