Worksheet #4 1. Some challenges to “Listening to your Body” include being able to distinguish between the times you are truly hungry and when you’re just eating for other reasons. Sometimes when I’m stressed or working on big projects I keep food around to snack on even though I know I am not truly hungry. Something I could do to increase my awareness of when its time to actually eat a full meal is to cut back on the snacks and drink more liquids to allow my body to signal me to eat a full meal. 2. Some of my favorite 80% foods include wraps and salads. I feel like you can switch them up and use different ingredients to avoid getting tired of them. Some of my favorite 20% foods include tacos and pizza. I can never get tired of either one of these choices. Something that I like about the 80/20 rule is that it allows you eat things that you do like some of the time without making you give them up completely.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
