Scope The scope of the AMCE project consists of the following: Adapt to the Mexican region & law to develop and maintain a sound relationship. Research and analyze Mexico City region to determine the best location for new store. Construct a 100,000 square foot Acme home improvement store with an attached 10,000 square foot exterior area. As well as a two-story parking garage. Find and form relationships with vendors to stock the ACME stores. Product groups include, plumbing and electrical supplies, building materials, hardware and tools, seasonal and garden/yard items, and paint, flooring and wall coverings. Develop an interview process to be able to hire new local employees. Train each employee on induvial job titles. Positions will include store manager, bookkeeper, an information systems manager and an assistant, a manager for each of the five major product groups, customer service employees on the store floor, cashiers, receiving/stocking employees and maintenance/janitorial employees.
