ARI is seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to the departmental managers. This position will provide administrative support to the manager of the department assigned through the organization of daily communication, supporting team processes and maintaining records. The administrative assistant will complete work that adheres to the mission and goals of ARI and Holman Enterprises. The position is responsible for managing the inbound and outbound calls from the main phone line for the department and route calls to the appropriate team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the email communications associated with the team inbox. Entering data into spreadsheets to assist with reporting requests made to the team. Distribution of outgoing external and inter departmental mail. Responsible for ordering office supplies based on need. Welcome onsite clients visiting the department along with management and operating officers. Coordinating any travel arrangements and manage calendars for employees within the department assigned.

JOB POSTING: ADMINISTRATIVE 3 Coordinate and schedule conference rooms for presentations and client visits. Maintain a spreadsheet of employee expenses, invoices, and receipts. Responsible for monitoring and distribution of company credit cards, and keys for demo vehicles. Assist in the printing of materials associated with onsite visits and presentations. Assistant in communicating departmental procedures and goals to new hires. Requirements for the role include a high school diploma or higher. Will consider applicants with no schooling but possess five or more years of administrative experience. One or more years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment.
