Using Leadership to Improve Ethical Performance 2 Recently Kristopher K. DarDar, Sr., was chosen to be interviewed about his definition of leadership and how he would handle different obstacles. As an experienced leader there are several questions that Kristopher had to answer pertaining to leadership ethics, problem solving, and personal actions. Each leader is different because of their own personal beliefs and morals. During the interview Kristopher was asked several questions regarding his person life versus his professional life. After his interview the leadership, motivation, and ethical values will be analyzed as well as the impact in the ethical performance of the organization. There were several ways that Kristopher DarDar defined leadership. A process that influences other people to achieve an objective and guides the company or community in a way to make it more coherent and cohesive is called leadership. He also defined leadership as a process of leading people in the right direction in order to achieve goals. Leaders apply leadership attributes such as values, knowledge and skills to implement this process in any organization. Leadership ensures that that the organization works successfully and accomplishes the desired goals. It motivates people to excel in the field they are working.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
