We had a lot of ideas but in the end we voted upon the best two ideas and made the concept screening matrix defining to decide the best between them. Each team member voted for several concepts and the one with most votes was selected. This was done by listing strengths and weakness of each and every concept and then the best concept was selected by a group vote. Since our sponsor’s demand was to make the design easy to use and handle and durability our weightage is almost 45 % on these aspects. We have weighted other concepts like Ergonomics,
