1. The firrst issue addressed is that the employees that excel in the organization are not being recognized for their efforts and are treated at a lower standard than others. The second issue points out that mangers neglect new ideas often and never chose to act on them. As a result on these ongoing issues, several talented employees left. 2. The key to solving the various management concerns first begins with giving the employees an opportunity to earn bonuses, extra vacation, or even be given a reward from upper management. Every manager should need to be evaluated based on their ability to cooperate with employees and hold each employee to the same standards regardless of any biases or favoritism.
