7.5 - Submit Case Incident: Does the Congregation Care? 1.Analyze and explain the situation using any of the theories of leadership discussed in Chapter 14. I would like to use servant leadership to describe this situation. Servant leadership is a form of democratic leadership because the whole team tends to be involved in decision making. The young pastor wanted all the congregation to get involve in decision making by giving them survey. However, not all the members responded to the survey. Some member believed that the pastor should focus on setting up day care, developing music program and remodeling the statuary as soon possible. Though, servant leaders often stay out of the limelight and letting their team accept recognition for their hard work.
