organic. In these situations you need to find and outside entity for those services called outsourcing. Prior to this you need to conduct your own research about the country and company that you'll be utilizing to ensure that you getting a quality product. This project we chose to look into outsourcing cables and computers from Japan and China; ultimately deciding not to move forward with that decision. With any project, issues between employees can be expected. We experienced a issue between one of our employees and someone from another company. This was an issue we haven’t been faced with before but we were able to resolve it. For this project we needed to procure networking cables of the CAT5e variety. This type of cables provides the bandwidth required by our network to stay inline with performance of the other segments of the LAN. For cables we decided to look further into Dongguan SIYAO electric Co from China. The company had the products we needed at reasonable prices to compete with anyone. We took a step back and looked at Chinese manufacturing in general and took notice of the cheap labor costs. This can directly affect the quality of the product as we can not see the examples ourselves with making a purchase. Being we aren’t shopping at a store like Wal-Mart we would have to purchase a large quantity from overseas to test the product. We decided this
