5/4/2016 4 Environmental   Assessment,   Public   Participation   and   Sustainability:   Foreigners   Keep   Out ? Natural   Resources   Minister   Joe   Oliver, Anyone   looking   at   the   record   of   approvals   for   certain   major   projects   across   Canada   cannot   help   but   come   to   the   conclusion   that   many   of   these   projects   have   been   delayed   too   long.   In   many   cases,   these   projects   would   create   thousands   upon   thousands   of   jobs   for   Canadians…Unfortunately,   there   are   environmental   and   other   radical   groups   that   would   seek   to   block   this     Their   goal   is   to   stop   any   major   project   no   matter   what   the   cost   to   Canadian   families   in   lost   jobs   and   economic   growth.   No   forestry.   No   mining.   No   oil.   No   gas. No   more   hydro electric   dams. These   groups   threaten   to   hijack   our   regulatory   system   to   achieve   their   radical   ideological   agenda.   They   seek   to   exploit   any   loophole   they   can   find,   stacking   public   hearings   with   bodies   to   ensure   that   delays   kill   good   projects.   They   use   funding   from   foreign   special   interest   groups   to   undermine   Canada’s   national   economic   interest…. assessment public participation and sustainability foreigners keep out/ Environmental   Assessment,   Public   Participation   and   Sustainability:   Foreigners   Keep   Out ?

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
