Lina Ghulam Professor Hadfield English 109, University of Waterloo 15 February 2017 Evaluation Essay: My Dream Food Last week, as I was reading the topic ideas we had to choose for essay, I read the word ‘restaurant’ and the first thing that came to my mind was ‘Shawarma Plus restaurant’ I was so excited that I had this option to chose from because finally I will have the chance to try that restaurant, you might wonder why I have not been there before and the answer is because I did not know about it until my friends told me last month that it is one of the best shawarma restaurants in Waterloo. Another thing you might be wondering about right now is what is exactly shawarma? So, after I finished my lectures today I took the 200 Express bus from Davis Center, got off the bus at its first stop which happens to be in front of Wilfrid Laurier University. After I got off the bus I had no idea where to head so I turned on my cell phone data and asked google for help. I kept walking in the cold weather looking for this restaurant. The more steps I took, the more shawarma aroma I smelt and the more excited I got. After 10 minutes of walking in the freezing weather, I arrived there.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
