However, possible strategies to combat the problem necessitate fundamental alterations on substantive regulations, the investigative procedures implemented, and organization of the law enforcement institute. The primary objective of the radical transformations is to ensure that there is a decrease in returns acquired through organized crime dealing. To gain control over organized crime requires the strengthening of existing processes to obtain proof and compel testimonies to penetrate the barriers that surround the problem. An economic relationship can be established through the assessment of organized crime, making it a global and national problem. Recent concerns over the growing relationship between organized felonies and economic motivations have forced the need to enhance public safety measures.
