Take a position in this and write a letter/essay to a parent or other adult urging them to vote your way. No -We are poor with many teachers/we have to buy guns for each teacher/money could be spent elsewhere -It is more dangerous/required trust in teachers and students/guarantees that there is a gun in contrast to the possibility that someone may or may not have a gun/ no one knows then, but this way, we know for sure there is a gun we could access if we tried and got lucky -Students steal gun to use it (like parents with guns and kids stealing them and doing whatever) Spend too much money We have many teachers We will have to buy guns for each teacher Guns are not cheap The school will have to spend a lot of money to equip each teacher with a gun We are a poor school We can’t afford that, and if we could, we may have to cut some classes like music and electives. That money used on guns could be used for other things to help our education like new books, more updated versions of tests, financial aid for students who want to go to college All this for the safety of the school, but is it really safer this way? The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
