DIET HISTORY PROJECT: PART 1 DUE ON MONDAY, JULY 24 TURN IN A PAPER COPY DIRECTIONS. 1. Fill in one table for each of 3 days (you may need to make more copies of the daily data table). 2. Be sure to identify the meal as either Breakfast……Lunch…..Dinner……Snack. 3. Each meal should be totaled for each nutrient (in grams or milligrams) and used to calculate the day’s total. 4. Be as specific as possible. If you use olive oil to sauté you must include that in your calculations. For instance, you will need to calculate how much you used and how much was left in the pan; only include what was used up and is therefore in your meal. Include drinks other than water especially alcohol, sodas, fruit juices as well as candies etc. 5. An example is given for a breakfast meal. Each day should be totaled for each nutrient as shown in the example. 6. When you are done with all three days please fill in the data on last pages that show the totals for all 3 days.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
