Which is better between Tylenol and Aspirin? Put simply, Tylenol, also known as Acetaminophen, reduces pan by raising the body's total pain threshold. It relieves both fever and pain, in addition to other symptoms of allergies and flu. It works across all age groups. However, it lacks anti-inflammatory action. One should carefully observe the dosage taken as an overdose leads to liver failure. Alcohol consumption while using Tylenol causes nearly irreversible liver damage.
