BRIEF HISTORY OF COCOA AND CHOCOLATE When somebody mentions something to do chocolate, you can not help but salivate. The feeling of the mention of the word alone makes you want to have a bite of it. Definitely, it is just too sweet. No one can ever get the courage to turn down an invitation to taste it. The sweetness is just too provoking. This beautiful food has an ancient history dating over twenty decades ago or even more. Many of those who really like it know little or absolutely nothing apart from the fact that it tastes sweet. Many people have tried to explore its true history and have come up with valuable information to help us know more about the food. Authors Michael Coe and Sophie in their book, The True History Of Chocolate, also tried to venture into solving the intrigues that surround the origin of Cocoa and Chocolate.
