PROJECT REPORT ii. Agness, Kithaka, the Assistant Boss, for her co-operation and help in the drafting of my presentation. iii. Jane Kabura, the Personal Assistant, for her guidance and in-depth aid in my final presentation. Overally , the above mentioned team enabled my enjoyable stay, and I am overwhelmingly greatful to each and every one of them. Executive Summary This report presents the project review of the National Museums of Kenya (NMK) which was undertaken from May 8 TH 2017 to August 11 TH 2017. The main emphasis was on the relationship between the procurement and the overall service objectives, gate pass process, local purchase order, invoices, as well as store duties that entailed the issuing of different items to the different departments. There was also the examination of files and documents regarding the different areas of concern mentioned above, and also with the key persons involved in every department.
