BOOST (Potential 2201 case study) The background: - How and Why Janine started the company Humility and her beginnings Leadership Styles: Level 5 Leadership Style - Whilst this style refers to the highest level in a hierarchy of manager capabilities, it also is about a key characteristic of successful managers in that they share the characteristic of ‘lack of ego’. - Humility – being unpretentious and modest, just what Janine depicts Servant Leadership Style - A manager who transcends self-interest to serve others – the reason Janine began the company was primarily to be able to serve her kids a healthy option, and have that accessible to the country. For Janine, her big awakening was having kids. “I just wanted to give my kids something quick and healthy when we were out and about but there was only fatty, sugary empty calories as far as the eye could see,” she said.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
