Analysing a spreadsheet and presenting a business report Introduction Technology is inevitable in today’s society whether it’s used for work or leisure activities. It has allowed people to order products and services online instead of leaving the house, which requires time and effort. By relying on technology, it has changed the incoming generation of adults and teenagers. Many supermarkets have developed an online phone application for customers to order their products and getting them delivered to their home. The aim of this report is to analyse the impact of the mobile application and to trial the use of smart phones on sales performance during the campaign using data and to make a recommendation for Hammer Wines to improve sales during future campaigns. Body Colin Hammer has asked his work colleagues to assist him with trial the mobile application which will reduce the paperwork and Hammer Wines will be able to improve their service quality through the waiting times for order deliveries.
