Collaboration Assignment 1 – CISM 3134 Part 1: 1) Group members gather and share e-mail addresses and other contact information. 2) Group designates one member to create Group X folder (where X is the group number) on Goggle Drive and shares the folder (with Can edit rights) with each of the other members of the group. 3) Each group member creates and uploads a Word file to the Group X folder (.docx, .doc, or .rtf) named firstname_lastname (where firstname is your firstname or nickname and last name is your surname – family name) that summarizes: a. Full name and nickname (if nickname exists) b. E-mail address; cell number; other sharable contact information c. Hometown, High School, and any other universities attended prior to GSU d. Anticipated graduation date, major, and minor(s) e. Knowledge/skills that you consider to be personal strengths f. One thing about yourself that others might view as a unique characteristic g. Extracurricular engagement/activities at GSU h. Current employment/position (if you currently have a part-time or full-time job) i. Job title/position that you hope to be in five years after graduation j. Job title(s)/position(s) you hope to hold ten years after graduation and beyond k. Companies that you particularly admire and/or consider to be especially well-run l. Types of companies and locations where you are especially interested in working. m. For extra credit, include a picture of yourself in your file.
