Jessica Wriggins JUNIOR HEALTH Period 2 I have never really sat down and thought about what I put in my body that much. But, after watching all of these movies I have had my eyes opened very widely to the food world we really live in. We have some great foods, great recipes, but we also have some horrible ones that are found in more places than we realize. I now know that everything I eat, and do, although in moderation, still may not be the best for me. However, I now have the knowledge to know what is best for me, and how I can succeed in the healthiest lifestyle.

We watched a few different films, and they all had their own unique message in each story. Super Size Me was a film about a guy who did nothing but eat bad food for a month straight to see the negative impacts in his life. Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead was just the opposite because it was about a man who took all that bad food out of his diet and did nothing but juice . Then we have That Sugar Film , which was a man who really did not change much with his diet,
