Leadership in Sports As John C Maxwell spoke about the 21 laws of leadership I started to think more into what makes leadership a continuous process and requires a lot of hard work and dedication into many different aspects of life. Throughout the video, John focused primarily on the law of the lid, which was the first law because it was the one he is most passionate about. As he discussed law of the lid, he made little points that hinted at what the other laws focused on but did not go too much into depth about those. I was able to gather a slideshow that listed each law so that I could get a better idea of which laws I have exceled in as well as what laws I still need to work on. I thought that it was essential for John to explain that each law is not based on culture, age, or gender because it means that each individual all around the world is able to learn these skills and they will not get outdated over time. Anyone can learn these laws in any order and are independent but carry consequences.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
