Name two potential barriers that may prevent your EBP change proposal from continuing to obtain the same desired results six months to a year from now, and your strategies for overcoming these barriers. The quality of research- quality of research play a critical role in determining the implementation of the evidence-based practice change in an organization. In this case, if there is inadequacies in methodology poor research justification as well as conflicting results in the research, it becomes hard for the novice researcher to implement the change ( Chehrzad et al., 2015) . Further, research results uncertainty, as well as the articles that are not published in time, also contribute to the failure to obtain the desired results of the change within the time you want. Another potential barrier that may prevent evidence-based practice change proposal from attaining its desired goals is the communication factors.
