Creating Training Tools 2 One may think that being in a leadership is an easy task that requires little to no effort to uphold the position and manage employees. What I have discovered about leadership is that good leadership is effective and conscientious of the needs of the people they manage. In other words, good employees can only be as good as the managers placed in charge of leading them. On my current job, I have a small staff consisting of about seven employees and even thought we are small in number, I’m sure you can imagine we still needs deal with some challenges that can potentially make or break our workplace environment. So it’s important that we communicate on how we can make our workplace better not just for the customer, but for us as well. In our office, the main concern is how to handle the primary care patients that arrive late for their appointments. Now, you would think this should not be a problem, but since there is
