Analyze the content and processes of the Brief Christian Counseling model detailed in Chapter 4. Then describe several components integrated into the identified 10 sessions that present challenges for you as a Christian helper. Also discuss components that correlate well with your strengths as a Christian helper. The outline of Christian counseling provides each counselor with a roadmap to move the process of physical and spiritual healing and change forward. This 10-session model helps the counselor address problems and issues as they arise and gives us a systematic process to follow that allows us to concentrate on the counselee, their problems and challenges that will occur during counseling (Clinton, Hart, and Ohlschlager, 2005). The hardest step for me would be working through my boredom and lapses. I am a multitasker, sitting for extended periods having one point of focus requires a lot of concentration to keep me from wandering.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
